কিভাবে ORA-12541 TNS No Listener Solve করবেন। যদি listener শুরু করা হয় এবং আপনি error বার্তা পেতে থাকেন, পরীক্ষা করুন যে ক্লায়েন্ট সিস্টেমে TNSNAMES.ORA ফাইলের গন্তব্য ঠিকানা ডাটাবেস সার্ভারের LISTENER.ORA ফাইলে তালিকাভুক্ত শোনার ঠিকানাগুলির একটির সাথে মেলে।

সমস্যা সমাধান ওরাকল সার্ভারে lsnrctl utility চালানোর মাধ্যমে listener শুরু হয়েছে কিনা তা পরীক্ষা করুন।

Lsnrctl Utility শুরু করতে:

Select Start - Type Cmd Click Enter
Type Lsnrctl Click Enter
Type Status Click Enter

যদি listener start না হয়, আপনি TNS দিয়ে শুরু করে বেশ কিছু error message পাবেন।

On Cmd, Type Listener Start And Press Enter.

যদি listener শুরু করা হয় এবং আপনি error বার্তা পেতে থাকেন, পরীক্ষা করুন যে ক্লায়েন্ট সিস্টেমে TNSNAMES.ORA ফাইলের গন্তব্য ঠিকানা ডাটাবেস সার্ভারের LISTENER.ORA ফাইলে তালিকাভুক্ত শোনার ঠিকানাগুলির একটির সাথে মেলে।

lsnrctl stop 
lsnrctl start
